These videos offer a closer look at the studio rooms, ensuite rooms and shared kitchen areas, giving students a realistic sense of the design, layout and atmosphere of Timber Yard.

They are designed to be the heart of each cluster flat, encouraging a balance between socialising and independent living.
Choosing the Right Room for You
With a variety of room types available across Timber Yard’s three buildings, students can choose the accommodation style that best suits their preferences and lifestyle.
Whether you’re looking for the privacy of a studio or the social experience of a shared flat, there are plenty of options available.
If you’re unsure which room might be best for you, the Timber Yard team can help guide you through the different choices and explain where rooms are located within the buildings.
